LOW INVENTORY  The cinnamon red cherry pie and rose petals of Italy's Barbera, the dark blueberry-cherry-sage of France's Merlot and the clove tinged onion jam of Spain's Carignane.

LIMITED INVENTORY. We made only one barrel of this 100% Cabernet Franc. It starts with a nose that hints of spicy ghost pepper leading into notes of dusty plums, turned earth and a big, juicy finish.

One whiff and you'll think you've walked into a chocolate shop: behold raspberry truffles, decadent dark chocolate-dipped strawberries and blackberry ganache with a splash of pepper, no less!

San Benito County has an excellent climate for this high-acid, deep colored Old World Italian varietal. Its juicy bright cherry notes are combined with strawberry, ginger and and zingy acids. Perfect on its own by the glass or to enjoy with pasta.

LIMITED INVENTORY. This Old World Spanish varietal is a special treat. A bright and powerful wine, aromas of cranberry open to flavors of dried herbs and grilled meats.

The Saveria property could easily be mistaken for a French vineyard with its inspired setting - stone buildings and beautifully manicured vines in the Santa Cruz Mountains. LIMITED INVENTORY. Petite Sirah has deep rich flavors and velvety tannins. New to our portfolio, this single varietal wine is big, bold and full bodied with aromas of dark fruit, vanilla and bayleaf. It truly is a unique grape, just don't confuse it with Syrah!
