2020 Cabernet Franc

This special single varietal is elegant and layered. It starts with dark cherry on the nose leading into notes of dusty plums, turned earth and an almost savory finish. Cab Franc can be the most food-friendly of wines, to be enjoyed with grilled salmon and asparagus as well an herb-crusted rack of lamb.
