2022 Cabernet Franc

This special single varietal is elegant and layered. It starts with warm, sweet, green peppery nose leading into notes of Rainier cherry, turned earth and an almost savory finish. It has a big, bold body with a loooong finish that begs for the next sip. Cab Franc can be the most food-friendly of wines, to be enjoyed with grilled salmon or an herb-crusted rack of lamb.
