2021 Pinot Noir - Santa Cruz Mtns

The Saveria property could easily be mistaken for a French vineyard with its inspired setting of stone buildings and manicured vines in the Santa Cruz Mountains. With a color that is reminiscent of a perfect clarity ruby gemstone, this wine has notes of strawberry rhubarb pie with hints of butterscotch on the palate. A Pinot with just the right amount of tannins and earthiness to create a full mouthfeel and a long, satisfying finish.
